This one is called the Hammer and let me tell you the crappie hammered this thing to nothing. My friend (hope he doesn't mind me calling him that) gave me one of these at the same time he gave me the greasy monkey.
The nice thing about this fly is it rides hook point up so you can fish it on the bottom without too many snags.
